History

Mr. Hristos Erfesoglou started Universal Marine Electric, Inc. in October 1983.

Mr. Nikolaos Erfesoglou shortly joined thereafter followed by Mr. Angelos Erfesoglou.

Since then, 35 years have passed like yesterday.

Universal Marine is a small family owned and operated corporation, based out of the

Port of Houston, Texas. It has served the Maritime Industry since then, not only for

the entire Gulf of Mexico region but globally as well. Our clients call us from Japan to

Argentina to Germany. Moreover, we have proudly worked and have compliance

experience on-board US Navy ships.

Due to our exceptional service and outstanding reputation in our industry, we have

successfully served close to 3000 ships.
